Feinstein Challenge- $1 Million to Help Fight Hunger
For the seventeenth straight year, the Alan Shawn Feinstein Foundation in Rhode Island will divide $1 million among non-profit agencies throughout the country helping to fight hunger, using it to help them raise funds during March and April.
The Boston Rescue Mission is one of the lucky organizations benefitting from the foundation’s generosity, and will get their share of the $1 million equal to their proportion of the total amount raised by all participants during the months of March and April.
For every donation the Boston Rescue Mission receives during March and April, the Feinstein Foundation is going to match a portion of the donation. Your donation is worth more to us during March and April!
The Foundation was founded in 1991 by Alan Shawn Feinstein, and is dedicated to alleviating hunger, supporting community service in education, and promoting the values of caring, compassion, and brotherhood.
In his own words Alan Feinstein calls you to fight hunger in your community:
WHATEVER YOU DONATE TO THIS AGENCY, I WILL ADD MONEY TO IT. THE MORE YOU GIVE, THE MORE OF MY $1 MILLION THEY’LL GET—THANKS TO YOU!Thank you for your support of the Boston Rescue Mission.
