Church Services

homeless bostonThe Friday Evening Service is from 7:00pm to 8:30 PM, and is open to anyone who would like to join in worship.  The services are hosted by Lynn Samaan or a featured guest speaker(s).  The service is designed to provide an environment that is conducive to worship, scriptural exhortation and personal ministry.  These services provide opportunities for the Christian community at large to interact with the homeless community of Boston. This service is open to all individuals whether currently in our programs, program graduates, interested churches, ministry groups or individuals. We encourage outside groups to participate in our service, both by leading worship as well as bringing food for our fellowship time after the service. One of the greatest things an individual can bring is an open heart to develop a relationship with our program people--some who are seekers and more often than not, individuals who are just starting their journey with Jesus Christ.

On Sunday Afternoons starting at 3.00 PM we continue to offer church groups the opportunity to prepare a dinner for one hundred and fifty women and men. The meal is served at 5.00 P.M. This is a great time for one-on-one ministry with the homeless, which they appreciate greatly.

Live for others

Like Jesus, we belong to the world living not for ourselves but for others.  The joy of the Lord is our strength.
-- Mother Theresa

Fruits

The fruit of silence is prayer, the fruit of prayer is faith, the fruit of faith is love, the fruit of love is service, the fruit of service is peace.
-- Mother Theresa
